Healing Touch Level 1

Healing Touch is a type of complementary healing using hands-on and energy-based techniques to balance and align the human energy field. Body, mind, emotion and spirit are touched through this therapeutic process, and each individual is empowered to participate fully in his or her healing journey.  Janna brings a strong energetic background to her Healing Touch Level 1 classes.  Read more about Healing Touch.

• To describe the concepts of human energy fields as they relate to modern scientific principles
• To describe and demonstrate the assessment of the energy field
• To recognize significant contributions in holistic health and energy-based therapies
• To describe and demonstrate specific intervention techniques used in Healing Touch
• To discuss applications of Healing Touch therapy in personal and professional practice

Healing Touch Level 2

Prerequisite: HT Level 1

Level 2 Objectives:

• To review Level 1 and connect the concepts developed to advanced skills.
• To develop assessment and interviewing techniques.
• To demonstrate a one-hour healing sequence for specific client problems.
• To develop effective client/healer interaction and document the work.
• To describe and practice selected back and neck techniques.
• To describe specific techniques of various healers and healing disciplines to include: spiral meditation, back and neck techniques, Hopi technique, mind clearing, wound closing, sensing the pain ridge, pain drain, sealing leaks.

Healing Touch Level 3

Prerequisite: HT Level 2

Level 3 Objectives:

1. Discuss advanced development of the healer.
2. Experience healing from three roles: practitioner, client, and observer/coach.
3. Practice hara alignment and expansion of the core star.
4. Demonstrate a full healing sequence using chelation, spinal cleansing, healing 5th, 6th, 7th levels of the subtle body.
5. Practice healing techniques of Etheric Template Clearing and lymphatic drain.

Advanced Chakra Diagnosis and Treatment

Learn to assess multiple levels of each chakra and the relationship to the auric levels. Learn to apply this (and charted) information to client treatments. Charts, workbook, and other materials supplied. Class meets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Hara Work for Practitioners

This workshop is an advanced level course for the Energy Medicine Practitioner. It includes in-depth information on assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the Hara energy, development of intuition, trauma work, voice guidance, self healing and self development.

Communications Skills for the Energy Practitioner

This two-day course gives the practitioner practical skills for working with clients. We practice safe boundaries. Employ role-playing to learn and practice the ability to identify issues and problems, make referrals, and work with professionals. Materials included.

Energy Medicine for Advanced Practitioners

Learn about the quickly expanding field of Energy Medicine....the history, research and dual focus within Western and Complementary Medicine.  Class participant will bring one or two case studies from their active practice to share.  We will look at many aspects of assessment, intuition, and group interaction as it applies to energy diagnosis of the cases presented.  Participant will develop new skills and utilize the skills of others in better understanding the factors of practitioner/client interaction and case management.  Develop a deeper understanding of the energetics of disease and the integrity of a client practice.  This is a new and rare opportunity to develop your expertise further with a leader in Energy Medicine! Energy Medicine in Surgery

Learn how to provide an energy medicine treatment during surgery. Topics include suggested pre-surgery and post-surgery sessions with your surgical client; how many sessions to schedule and what to cover. We will also discuss surgical intention and client affirmations. Additionally, we will discuss proper protocol for pre-op, the operating room, post-op and interaction with surgeons, anesthesiologists and surgical/hospital staffs.

Not all energy practitioners are destined for surgery. Not all clients will be successful in having a practitioner present. What are some of the challenges to being in surgery? Can the work be done ‘long distance’. Will you be allowed intra-surgical? How long should you stay post op and when should you arrive at the hospital? What are some of the additional options for your client?

These are some of the details we will cover in this one day class. We will take a ‘field trip’ to a surgical site to introduce you to what you may see.
